Read back
Confirm date, time, head count and name at the end.
Before arriving
Let us know once more before you reach the building.
Details to pass on
Gaps are fine. Send the rest through the same channel as it is settled.
If plans change
If the date or head count changes, tell us right away through the channel you booked with and we rearrange the room.
Running late? A line ahead of time makes it easier to keep your place.
Booking for the first time?
“Which day, how many, roughly what time” is enough for a first message. The rest can be settled on the call.
